poppy day
Following the trench warfare in the poppy fields of Flanders, Belgium during World War I, poppies have become a symbol of remembrance of soldiers who have died during wartime.
Q. Do you support poppy day?

Wow Jayden, how cool that your brother was chosen to lay the wreath. What an honour for him. Did you make any poppies this year? Thanks for sharing your facts and background on poppies, great job!
ReplyDeleteHi Jayden
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrible time is must have been on the battlefield! I think it is really important to remember those soldiers who fought for the life we enjoy now. Selling poppies once a year is the least we can do.
