today in literacy we were reading about China and we had to make a slide about china we had to come up with 3 interesting facts about china
- China has the highest population of any country in the world with over 1.4 Billion people
- China is the 4th biggest country in the world
- China has the largest army in the world with over 2 million soldiers
- Pandas only come from China

In Inquiry, we have had to learn about the country our family is from. My family are from England and then my family came to New Zealand and they passed away.  I have enjoyed learning about my family and the countries.  Where is your family from?

In Korimako hub we have been doing equality blog posts. We have been blogging about different things every day on teaser week. Today i choose Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. We had to come up with 3 similies to compare one thing to a another. Maybe you can come up with your own example? eg Dwayne Johnson is as strong as a Ox
